Submitting Records
Spreadsheet Version 23 (Feb 2023) are available for download below and include all revisions to acceptance criteria.
Please delete any old versions you may have.
As a defence against spam mail, we have not used direct email links. Please replace the [at] in the email addresses with @.
Recording options
For all your moth records, please use Mapmate, iRecord (click for intructions) or the automated spreadsheets (links below) that work on Excel, Open Office Calc and Google Sheets.
On the recording sheets, you will need to make a copy for your own use - you won't be able to amend the original. The example shown is for Google Chrome. Click on File/Download to get your sheet as an Excel or Open Office file. For Google sheets users, you'll need to "Make a copy" into your personal folder.
